Than “Traditional” Real Estate Marketing Methods?

Most of our clients utilize the auction method
of marketing their property in order to establish
a “known sales date.” Many sellers choose our
“accelerated marketing program” after months
or even years of frustration with the “list and
wait” method of traditional brokerage.
The seller has agreed to accept, from qualified registered bidders, the highest
bid equal to or greater than the published minimum bid of $575,000.
Previously offered by Houston Association of Realtors MLS at $1.5 Million.
A title insurance policy issued by Stewart Title Company will be
provided at seller’s expense.
